CUSTOM FEES/DUTIES

Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country as these charges are not issued by Tigeranx.

Can I return or exchange the product?

​If a product you ordered is too small or big or it was just not your style, don’t worry! We will be happy to exchange or refund it for you !

 Product can be returned and exchanged within 14 days after receiving your order. It must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed with the original tag attached for refund, store credit or other product. Please ensure you are not wearing any makeup, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark while trying out the clothes.

Please note that:

• Return or exchange of goods is at the client's cost. Your shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If your order was eligible for free shipping (international orders over 150eur, domestic over 99eur), then the free shipping actual cost will be also deducted from the refund with the cost of returning.

• If the item were on sale or purchased with discount code, it will be refunded by the same amount as it was bought.

• Clearance items that are on final sale, can not be returned or exchanged.

• Once we have received your package into our warehouse and it has been processed you will be informed of what action is being taken.

• If the refundable item is accepted, then your refund will be processed within 2-4 days and will be credited to the original payment method.
